Left wonderingI have questioned the last several shipments, wondering what has changed? Initially I was told everything was the same but I can't believe that. My hair is left feeling coarse and brittle, the product is more difficult to mix and apply. Now I am seeing more reviews on your site that other people are experiencing the same problem. Having a hard time covering the gray with the last couple of orders.
