VERY SURPRISED!!Initially, I had hesitation when ordering this, thinking it was like the box colors at the store. WrOnG! I followed the directions & used the moisture shampoo & conditioner that was included. Was quite surprised at the quality of these products. My color is exactly how it looks at the physical salons! FantasticThe products came beautifully packaged with personal name labels on the bottles. A very clear step by step guide to follow and little well considered touches like two pairs of gloves and a sticker to tape the instructions to your mirror. Great Price....Better Color and Coverage!My hair looks great, feels great, and the color lasts a long time! I went 6 weeks, and it was really the sparkle in my roots that forced me to touch up. The ends still look great! The product is worth it, but the company itself will keep me coming back. Its customer service is PHENOMENAL. I had an issue with an order. I was able to email and call. Both got quick responses. The email was personal to me, not an auto response. She was able to help me solve the problem quickly with no hassle.
