Love the idea but too expensiveHair color match was great. Love that it's automatically delivered and emails from company are consistent. I will be cancelling though due to the cost. While we don't offer smaller hair color applications we do off our Color Kiss Temporary Root Touch-Up to provide temporary coverage in between hair color applications. |
Hair ColorThe permanent color I ordered and applied (exactly according to the directions that came with it) lasted about 2 weeks before it all faded out and all my gray was exposed again. My daughter actually uses a drugstore semi-permanent color on her hair that lasts for a few months! This was the first time coloring my hair, and I expected much more from a permanent hair color. eSalon did a nice job matching my color....it just didn't last. They also offered a free bottle of hair color to fix my color loss, but I don't need that fuss. So, I have decided to just embrace my gray! disappointedI ordered the color I wanted and it colored close to what I wanted but it did not color my roots at all. I contacted them and asked what I could do and they told me that they would get back to me when it was time for me to reorder and that I would have to recolor my hair in 3 weeks. Color Made Just for MeI don't like giving this a 3, as the color matched perfectly and it looked fabulous. It just didn't cover the grays I was hoping to cover. If someone said I see you've got a gray hair, I would be shocked! At 44 I don't have that many and I only see them when I'm up close and personal with my hair in the mirror. So I chose the lowest setting for gray coverage. Unfortunately, it didn't cover the grays at all! But the color sat on those gray hairs longer than any other part of my hair. I was perplexed.
