I really want to know how to get this dark color out.We were getting to the light copper color I wanted till the last mix. My hair is a dark auburn not at all what I wanted. How do I get this color out? I liked the other colors and we were almost at the color I wanted. Couldn't get color rightThree strikes. I tried three times and I was careful to explain each time what I was looking for. Natural medium brown hair with a natural reddish tint. I end up with purple, bright copper or my latest look, Ronald McDonald Red. I am not a happy camper. A 40 year old does not want to walk around with drastic bright unnatural looking hair!!!!
