It's Not You, It's MeAs a whole, I'd give eSalon 5 stars. Made to order color at a great price sent to you as often as you'd like ... Loved all of that! But I colored my hair twice, two totally different colors and both times did not get results I expected. I chose a Red Mahogany but when I was done my hair looked darker, the color was barely noticeable. I was a little disappointed because I thought I had finally found the answer to all my hair coloring questions & dilemmas. I read & followed the instructions that were included at least I thought I did. Maybe I didn't apply it correctly or should've left it on longer than what they said to ?! Don't know but it didn't work for me. However, this is just My experience. I would still recommend this product to friends & family. Told me to only do my roots and then rub the color all over for one minute beforTold me to only do my roots and then rub the color all over for one minute before washing it out, unfortunately the rest of my hair is considerably lighter because I work outside EVERY day. Now I have the right color the one I've wanted on my roots and the rest of my hair is considerably lighter. Very DisappointedI don't even think my colorist read the details of what I wrote. I even wet and thinned out the color to attempting to get it to cover my hair and there wasn't even enough to cover just my scalp let alone my length!
