Not as satisfied as first two times.I have used this hair color a few times now and have to say I am reconsidering my options. I've worked hard at following the instructions and times but have not consistently gotten close to the same results. Disappointing: did not cover gray hair!This would be my third time using the Custom Hair Color product. The first two times the product worked great. This last time, I was really disappointed.
