SO UNHAPPYI have been using eSalon for a few years and loved the fact that it is delivered right to my door. The color which was suppose to be a Golden Mahogany turned out to be a reddish color . I used it and when I tried to change my color I was informed that no they could not do it. But even with that said, I still continued to use the product. My big problem was last August 2015 I received my shipment and put the color on , followed directions as usual. The next thing I know my hair is falling out in clumps. I always had long thick hair, but not anymore. The last shipment sent to me sits in my closet. I assume something was wrong with that last batch, but with that being said I will never use their product again or recommend it. Does not cover graysThis did not cover my gray. I followed the directions to a T and even had a friend here with me to go over it. My grays turned blond and after two weeks faded out to the rays again even when using the e salon shampoo and conditioner.
