Not the Color I wantedI tried to express that is was a brown auburn and that it ages me and I want a light color red. Think Strawberry Blonde. Just did the new reformulation and it was again a dark color. Bottle "says" dark blonde, with copper and mahogany, but It appears a auburn BROWN color still. I wanted red, but with the base being a light blonde, not a dark blonde, which is still making it dark. Also, I had got another shipment when I had gotten a new formulation. Too soon to be shipping when I had not even had the reformulation long enough. On the plus side, hair feels soft. Customer service department very nice. I guess my main complaint is I do not want to have to go through 10 dyes to get the proper color. I offered to send more pictures, of what I meant. Wish i could have. Great service but didn't match the color rightEverything about the site and system is awesome. However, the color job I received ended up being my exact color with a hint of red to it. I even sent a pic of the color I wanted and explained I wanted to go lighter. It's definitely not lighter if anything it's a bit darker. Hair color great quality but color sent was a bad matchE-salon has really great quality hair dye but the stylist sent me a bad color match. It turned my hair almost black from a medium copper/auburn brown. I'm so upset and disappointed. In the color match up i chose a copper color that was medium i received a dark mahogany and i did not know it was a dark mahogany. great gray coverageCovers all the gray and does not fade like over the counter hair colors do. Nice color! It is very hard to wash out! I normally color in the morning and get ready for the day but I have to wash with shampoo several times right after coloring and my hair still has a residue that makes it look and feel greasy. It takes washing the second day to get it all out. I have changed my coloring routine. The color results has me returning. much darker colorI sent a photo with the color i wanted to get. But what i ended up with is a darker color. In fact, you all call it "Dark Blonde with copper". If you had just made the formula to be the color that was in my photo, i would have been happy with the product. But now I'm stuck with this darker color for months. If they didn't turn my hair orange...this would be a great optionLove the idea of my color custom and delivered! Initially, my color was ok, but overtime became brassy. When I asked that they adjust it to remove the brass and make it more of a brown with caramel, I got a VERY dark brown...I am very fair so, it was very harsh. I requested they lighten it up a shade, and received the adjusted color...what I ended up with was ORANGE HAIR!
