It's my natural color. What's the point?I came to e-salon to lighten my hair for the summer. After sending pictures and having many back-and-forths with the colorist, this was as light as she felt we could go. Well guess what? After spending $$$ and time to apply this color not to mention exposing myself to harsh chemicals, guess what? MY HAIR WAS EXACTLY THE SAME. Did not likeMy hair turned out very dark. I colored my hair the day before my daughters high school graduation and it was almost black. I was so upset, I have been washing it twice a day to try and lighten it up. Upon reviewing your account, we see that we had not changed your color and would like to remind you not to pull roots application color down through the rest of your hair, as this will severely darken your hair. You're doing great so far by trying to lighten your hair; we recommend a clarifying shampoo to help it along and your colorist would be glad to assist you in getting your color back. |

Beautiful color..at first :-(I have ordered esalon for a while now..it was beautiful at first but then when I changed my color to black blue it was gorgeous for a few days but then during my first wash I witnessed a lot of dye going down the drain and after that the color seemed like it just dissapeared..I ended up going to a salon and getting the black/blue that I wanted. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
