Followed instructions but roots were lifesaver candy colored.My neighbor, a salon owner, did follow the directions and color-processed in two stages as designed. Roots were a bright candy apple color so coupled up with the fact that I decided to have a great Keritin treatment I'll just have to go a different route- I've had friends who love the eSalon products but it is a difficult (red) hair color to make a product to match. Dried my hair ends really bad.This color did not do well on my hair. It really dried it out and is making it break. The color did not last long at all -- my edges are already turning back to gray. I'm disappointed because I really thought it would be a good product. I am currently trying to find a product to add some moisture back to my hair. Not blue black, but niceNice dark color, but not really a blue to it.
