Great product if you don't have stubborn graysThis is a great product, delivering rich color and keeping hair in good condition. I especially like the fact that my hair isn't dried out after coloring. My only complaint is it doesn't cover stubborn grays well. Not for meDyed my hair 3 days ago and today my roots around my hairline and temples are showing. I know my hair is resistant to dye in that area. Also dye made my scalp itch for about 18 hrs after application. Took a Benadryl tablet to help with itching. Hair feels great. horribleI don't know what has happened to the quality of your product but my last 2 orders have left my hair with lots of residue and extremely dry!. We have made no changes to our color formula, but we changed our Personalized Instructions as of 2016, most notably your Rinse Through Your Ends step in your application, which you might be more familiar with as the former Shine and Rinse step. In this step, you take your leftover mixed color into the shower after the timer goes off, and massage it in all over until it feels creamy before you rinse. This will hydrate your hair and remove residue. We hope this information is helpful and our experts are here any time to guide you through your application. |
Membership and haircolor.Customer service is great, the ladies are professional and courteous. However, I just can't seem to get that color that I exactly want. Therefore, I wish to discontinue my membership, until I can determine, what color would suit me best, the color I have ordered from esalon, is still too dark for my age and preference.
