Refund is impossibleI waited two weeks, no product; requested a refund and turned off auto order. I was offered another delivery which would also take nearly two weeks; after my written request to cancel that order, I receive notice that another shipment is on the way. It does not meet my expactationThe color is too chemical - the smell is too strong and the feel of hair totally changed since I put the color on. MehWhen it comes to at home color, I want easy. I don't want to wait so many minutes then use another bottle and wait more. When attempting to wash out the color after processing, I was concerned. I rinsed until the water ran clear and used the packets that came with it. However, my hair was so stiff and almost sticky. I took a shower again the next morning, at lunch and again at night only using conditioner hoping it would help. It took a few days for my hair to feel normal again. Per your Personalized Instructions, before you added water to rinse the water out, you needed to take our leftover mixed color into the shower and massage it in, until it felt creamy. This would remove any color residue from your scalp and keep it hydrated. Again we apologize, and we hope this information is helpful! |

Needed: gray coverage and moistureI expected the color to be brighter, but it was very close to my previously colored hair, which is ok. The smell was very strong and awful. The gray coverage was no better than with my color rinse. The directions were good, but my shower looked like somebody had been dismembered in it by the time I was done. Not so good. I also have curly, previously color treated hair and I don't feel like the moisturizing factor was there. My hair was brittle and tangled when I was done with the conditioner. I expected a better conditioner and more of it. Plenty of hair color provided, but only one small package of conditioner. Hardly enough for long curly hair.
