Very poor qualityVery poor. Dont Hate it...just very poor quality. By following directions to the letter...15 minutes on the roots....10 minutes on the rest...use left over color to lather up and rinse. Now after my hair is dry...grey is NOT COVERED....Hair feels like straw. Nice and Easy works much MUCH better.... Just alrightUnfortunately, although the color was supposed to have Ash tones and minimize red and orange, it faded to an unattractive reddish color at the hairline. Although that may be because that's where most of my gray is, I had been using Preference by L'Oreal in Dark Ash Brown for years and I never had that type of fading.
