why i dislike the productI was very disappointed in the product. The color of my hair did not change at all, it didn't even change the gray hairs. Not happyThis time I only received one bottle, I never confirmed I wanted one bottle but used it to the instructions thinking it would be the same! Mixed feelingsI decided to try this product because my hair stylist said she couldn't color over my existing color. It seemed like there were a lot of good reviews on this product. I was happy that I had plenty of product to work with. At first, it seemed that the color took well. It turned out lighter than I expected, which is a good thing, however there it wasn't as red as I had hoped. After styling my hair, I noticed that there were some parts where my hair didn't take and some of the grays didn't appear to be fully covered. I followed the directions exactly and now less than a week later some of my grays are starting to show through, which is rather disappointing. Minimal coverageI colored my hair June 29th and it's now July 17 less than 3 weeks since I colored and my grey hair is already showing to the point where I need to re color. With my normal hair color I can go 4 maybe 5 weeks without having to re color. I would definitely not purchase this again.
