Stubborn grays!!I like the color, but it does seem a bit darker than last time...is that possible? Also, after the 2nd washing, it seems my grays are showing through more than they did with my 1st purchase. Was my formula modified at all from the 1st time? DisappointingI followed directions to the letter and must say I was disappointed by the results this time. My gray hair was covered but so was the rest of my hair which turned darker. The feel of my hair was coarse and very unmanageable. It's growing out and getting better since I trimmed it. Don't think I'll try that again. Initially looks good but..................The packaging, extra etc are all pretty good although the color it's self is very expensive. After 3 days the roots at the front of my head had come through.
