Packaging sucks, not what it used to be.Product was thrown into generic brown box that was too big resulting in product being loose in box. Handwritten address label that made me think someone else got my package, opened it and reboxed it to send to me. Matched color way offI am canceling my plan because the custom hair color received was no way near the actual color specified. The end result was way darker than expected and than the existing color I had. I much rather buy over the counter hair color, since the color described on the box is more actual to hair result. I am trying to cancel my plan, but this site does not make it straight forward to cancel subscription. I will be calling customer service tomorrow to see if I can cancel subscription. don't judge by my stars! This product is great!I only choose 3 stars because I can't get my color right...not the stylists fault at all!!! The color is great just not what I am looking for currently. A little disappointed.On my third week I noticed that my roots were turning gray. It was my understanding that it would last longer than store brands. It was a little better but was disappointed.
