Hair awesome to the touch...The ONLY reason I rated low was because I had had a conversation with the technician who reviewed my assessment and told me she thought it would be too dark and that, if I agreed, she would mix a lighter color. HATE IT - Much, much darker and non-dimensional - can't find how to cancelI hate it. I did the application over the weekend, and I hate it, it's MUCH darker then exected. I even called right after placing the order to speak with a colorist. I specifically shared the conern over a darker shade and she insisted the colors were a good match to my pic. Color changeI was a redhead when I started this program two years ago. I am now a brunette. I kept asking for a tad more red to keep me where I wanted to be but it is either this level or that level. CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS AND SUPPORT FAILINGSI just received my first order and wanted to color my hair, but there are no instructions in my shipment at all. I have no idea how long to leave the color on. Then, when I went to call for support, I discovered their customer service is closed on the weekends and there is not even a live chat. Then, the website was down and I could not log onto my account for hours. I will see if I like the product itself. disapointingI ordered a new colour to have a change which I sometimes do with shop bought dye and have never had an issue with colour. However, eSalon dye did not give same satisfaction. My roots didnt change colour and the ends weren't even close to the colour requested. The dye left my hair like straw, I had to wash and condition twice with my own products after. After 3 normal washes the dye was still coming out onto my towels. I also ordered a shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo doesn't lather unless you use loads of it and also leaves hair feeling like straw. The conditioner is ok but nothing to shout about. Not impressedI ordered a trial of one color and was not impressed. I purposely did not set up auto send because it is expensive and I did not know how I would like the product. However, someone in esalon changed my status to auto delivery. I do not want your product and would like for you to tell me how to return it for a refund. Not what I orderedI have been using eSalon color for a while and have been relatively satisfied. However, my last order was not what I wanted. I asked for the color to be changed from strawberry blonde (always a tad darker than what I consider blonde). I asked for a caramel blonde, but what I got is brown with reddish tones.
