Had a red tintI ask for light ash blond. It was more a strawberry blond. I hated it. I had to put the darker color (dark ash blond) from my July order on my hair to cut the pink tint. How do I start over with a completely different color?I want to start completely over, but you all won't let me. New color nothing like what I had before. How do I do this??!!! I am very frustrated. Sadly not working.I have not managed to get across to the colour specialist what I wanted, this now the 2nd time its has gone wrong, I have got a colour that is so dark my hair is like Katy Perry's.
