ColorColor didn't cover grays completely this time it was disappointing. This was the 3rd order I have I believe and all of them have been great as far as the end result except this last one. COLOR DIDN'T LASTI PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT ON 8-26-2016, GOT THE COLOR DAYS LATER AND TRIED IT. THE COLOR DID NOT LAST AT ALL I STARTED SEEING HINTS OF GRAY AFTER 2.5 WEEKS (TODAY IS 9-30-26), AND COLOR WAS SUPPOSE TO LAST WAY LONGER. Hair ColorThe very 1st time I got my eSalon, I really liked it alot! The 2nd time, though it was the same color, it just didn't seem the same. It was too dark! Plus my gray hair comes back way to soon... The suggestions you gave me from the last time we spoke, I already do and have done for years. Such as, using shampoo & conditioner specifically for colored hair.... My hair turned the color of a gold barBrassy! Gold! Yellow! BRIGHT brassy gold. UGH!!!!! Not a smidge of the ash blonde I requested. Had to make an emergency trip to the hair salon to try to undo.
