I didn't get what I orderedMonths ago I mentioned a light blonde (strawberry) but when I submitted my order in Nov I asked for a bit darker blonde and included a photo. If you'd like to see what the color looks like before deciding whether or to to apply, we recommend performing a Strand Test, the instructions for which are included in your Perfect Match Kit. If you are unhappy with the results of your application or Strand Test, we would be happy to send you a free adjusted color! |
DisappointmentI get better results from Drug Store brands. The formulation received did not cover my gray roots adequately and turned them a weird pinkish-orange color. The formula was also extremely harsh -- my hair felt like straw. It even smelled bad (strong chemical & ammonia odor) for a couple of days even after shampoo and conditioning.
