not as expectedI requested the color on the rest of my color to be darker, more similar to my roots, but still got a very light color on the rest of my hair. It looks like I didn't dye my hair. I am not sure if it was color or the shampoo/conditioning that left my hair dull and greasy. Not very happy since the first time, but wanted to give it a shot the second time. Awful!!! I need a refund for two months!!The first time I used e salon it was great. The second time I used e salon it turned my hair a pink red! I was so upset, I made an appointment at a reputable salon in Houston. It was a 5 HR appointment during which they scrubbed my hair so they did not have to strip it and damage it anymore than it was already damaged. I had to go to a MUCH darker color and it cost me around 300.00. It has taken me almost a month to get over the frustration and anger. I received my Oct color pack the other day and it reminded me to let you know how absolutely awful your product is! I will not be using it again, I will not be recommending it to anyone and I am very, very disturbed and wanted to let you know how much grief it has caused me.
