3rd time not charmI gave e salon 3 chances with pictures and feed back and they never could get rhe color right. Now i am left with discolored hair that i am going to have to have professionally colored to fix it. What i thought would be my answer cost me not only 60+ for 3 colors, but another $175 on a professional coloring and whatever the expensive shampoo and conditioner costs that i'll have to use on hair that will be damaged by lightening the sides (after expessly stating that i can't use ash colors they sent me a light brown with ash or green base that turned my sides black). Burned scalpColored hair with reccommended product. Third time using esalon color. This time, developer and color began a burning sensation almost immediately after applying. Could not leave it on for the reccommended 30 minutes per instructions. Rinsed out after 15 minutes. Now I have scabs and dry dead skin throughout my scalp. Very upset.
