Not the right shadeI can tell that the products are high quality and it felt great on my hair but when I washed out the product the color was much darker than I had hoped. There was no dimension to it or even a hint of the 'mahogany' that the color stated - it might have been better called 'darkest black'. Some of my hair has been colored before but even in the roots it was much too dark. I ordered this once tried it but it was not even close to my hair colorI ordered this once and tried it but it was not even close to my hair color and looked very unnatural.
