The color was not what I expected.I received the first purchase and did the hair the color was slightly darker than what I wanted but lightened up after several washes. Customer Service is most unpleasantProduct was supposed to be here according to tracking four days ago. They know that it isn't here and told me to wait 3to5 more days to order another one. Or have another shipped to me and IF the original order gets here, I can send the other back. At my own expense,no doubt. Thanks, but no thanks. process vs outcomewhen I look at the results and how this color actually works with my gray roots as they grow in, I'm stunned. But the process of trying to get the product out of my hair and off my scalp is long and frustrating and I always find spots where the product is still glued to my hair later. Not the color I wanted, but delighted by the serviceMy hair is not the shade I wanted, but the dye job doesn't look unintentional. It looks good, it just isn't what I wanted. That's worth taking off one star, but I wouldn't give it under 3 stars if you paid me. Scented skin protectant and TWO (2) PAIRS OF GLOVES, alone with a stain remover wipe (which I always forget to buy). And although I had doubts about the shampoo/conditioner because of how thin the formula is, I got compliments about how soft my hair was from my boyfriend that night! Loved color- poor grey coverageI loved the color! Was even thinking about adding a bit more aurburn to color next time. But I am so disappointed by grey coverage. Too darkI like the color but it is much darker than I was hoping it would be. I suppose when I said dark auburn, I wasn’t sure how dark that would actually be. My hair is almost black now though, no hint of red in it at all.
