Wash out colorWhat a bummer this was. My roots were Orange a week later, and my ends still a wash out copper. I had a better experience going back to the store and getting my regular color. POor quality productThis product continues to decline in quality and rather than adjust product quality the company just gives out free product. Color still wrongI wasn't happy with the original color and talked with a representative and she made adjustment and then I tried that one. While the 2nd did take away the very dark brown, the red tones still came out orange red rather than a violet red. Good product. Gentle on your hair.I used this product for like a year, I believe. At first it was really nice. I received compliments on my hair color... it looked alive and full of natural looking shades. But after using it for a year or so, my hair started looking dull and lifeless. My touch ups, that used to be once a month or even every 5 to 6 weeks, my hair started demanding them every 3 weeks. Sometimes a little sooner than that! In the end, It was as much a monetary reason, as a dissatisfaction with the product, what made me discontinue that especific product of all the others I love from eSalon! In the end, I didn’t get the shades I’ve got at the beginning, nor the healthy natural looking color. It still is a good product. Left my hair greasy and brittleOrdered custom colour red mahogany... it went on very red but the colour after rinsing is just dark brown no red. I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed the conditioner but it's left an oily residue on my hair.
