DisappointedI ordered this and applied it as directed. The color was a runny mess. It kept running down my face as I applied it and got into my eye and burned. Not to mention the stains it left all over my face, neck and arms. It also ruined by bath rug as it was running faster than I could clean it up. Made a mess of my shower. I have never used a product that was so runny to use. My color came out very dark. Not what I thought it would be. I would appreciate a refund and maybe some information of what could have happened with this color. Thank you. **UPDATE: Esalon refunded my money and was so accommodating. Die sticks to scalpLooking to cancel my orders. I have tried this 3 times and each time the die sticks to my scalp. It's impossible to rinse out even when following your instructions closely. It is a gooey, clay like substance that I have to scrape out of my hair. It takes 3-4 washes after the dying wash to get this completely out and not looking greasy and unwashed. I mentioned this prior to my last order and did not get any additional information on this besides what is in the written instructions. When I look at my hair, I feel sad.......not the effect I was hoping for. This color looks NOTHING like the colors online. I ordered a warm blond, and my hair looks like mud except not as shiny. My faultThe first hair color in February was utterly perfect. But I was wanting a little more this and a little less that and they did exactly what I asked. This is the best hair color.
