Customer supportPreviously made a comment to customer support about shampoo & condintioner packets are not enough for long hair. When I oriniginally signed up, I stated I had long hair. I have received larger pkts once and the reason I requested them again. Unforuanetly, the response I received was they are crediting my next shipment to include additional packets but in the future I need to purchase them. Please let me say that I really like the convenience of home delivery. But I pay twice what I used to pay then I receive the response I spoke of and makes me wonder why they even asked for my hair lenght in the beginning if they didn't intend to provide enough of all supplies. I like the product but I'm not sure how much longer I will continue. If you hair is short, you will really like the product and will have ample product.
