Wrong colorThe color was darker than my natural hair color and darker than I had wanted to go. When they suggested the personalized color, I thought it might be too dark but I went along with it as I had never used the product before and didn't what my color was. It did cover all my whites but I don't like how dark my hair is now. I don't know how to go lighter after going darker than what I am naturally.
