It was pretty goodIt is a little too light. Just a little. Otherwise it was easy to apply. Doesn't seem to be holding up as well as my salon colors do as the gray is showing through after just three weeks vs the five I generally get (due to hair growth). Bottle leakThis is the first time that there was a leak on the develop bottle and not working properly when I tried to use it and lost some cream/liquid already so didn’t have enough for my hair. Not amused.The hair color itself was mulifaceted and had a lot of depth and dimension. I didn't need the subscription to send me color so I cancelled it. I forgot to remove the card completely and sure enough they still charged my card $25.95. When I emailed them they promptly notified me that my money would be refunded. However, that was not the case. It has been nearly a week and the charge is still there...?!? Not to mention no actual human will answer when you call customer service. Not happyI’m not happy with what I received. I was expecting light brown, that is what the color said. Instead my hair remained the same dark brown only with reddish sheen. Not what I wanted at all. From this day on I’m canceling all future orders. No one even noticed any change. Thank you But I don’t want any more of this product. Waxy mess!This was my second time using this product. The first time I had no issues but the color did not color my gray areas enough so I decided on giving it a second shot when my next shipment came in. Following directions step by step, I noticed that when I went to rinse my hair, it felt like a clump of wax! I had to wash my hair 4 times to finally get my hair back to normal.
