Kit is poorly put togetherI usually have no problems with my eSalon kits. This time, it was obviously not quality checked. There were two conditioners instead of shampoo and the lid of the color container is so tight I cannot get it off. I spent 10 minutes trying to unscrew it and finally gave up. No real colorist. just hypeDidn't review my photos or adjust my order...long story. Rip off. Now I spent $200 bucks on salon. And, yes, I did a strand test. But, my porous hair (in my original comments--) sucked it down in different places. There was ash in the color--I said I wanted to avoid ash...Green, black, dry and brittle hair. Get a box color. Difficult for vibrant red headsThe color you sent me is too blonde again. I don’t want blonde/orange roots - I just want the root color to look more like the vibrant red you sent me for my ends in my very first box. Also I have WAY too much hair for 1 bottle. The refresh bottle that I receive each month says it should refresh my roots and my ends, that’s a joke. The color on my ends fades so fast that getting one bottle every 4 weeks for just the roots is just not going to work for me. Damaged boxUnfortunately, i was supposed to receive a touch up box last month; however, it never came. I just received my second box, and it came damaged with the hair colour leaking and getting all over the other products.
