Not happy with the color.The color was much too dark gray and did not color evenly. Further the color is very flat with no shine whatsoever. I am very unhappy with the look. Not the color I expectedI specifically asked for a new formula in the shade of WHITE ASH BLONDE. I received a shade close to the color of a pecan shell with an auburn tint. My hair was somewhat gray and medium blonde. Now, it’s just awful. I’ve used this product before with ok results. But this time, it’s seriously disappointing. And NOT worth what I paid. Quality control issueI have been a customer for several years. My April order was a disappointment. The redesign has shampoo and conditioner in identical packages which makes it hard for those who shower without glasses. In this order I got two conditioners and no shampoo. Likely because packaging is the same and the packer did not notice. The opening on the developer bottle was so small I had to stop and get a pin to enlarge it. It was my intention to send these concerns via a contact us link but could not find one or any way to email customer service on the site. Thus, all can now see these issues. something differentI have been a happy customer for several years, but this color seemed different. First, I had asked for a little lighter, and it doesn't seem to be lighter at all (not a deal breaker) but the product seemed different. It was drippier than usual, but then when it was time to wash it out, it took forever! It just wouldn't wash out! I used the whole tube of shampoo supplied (usually just use half) and then I had to use my own shampoo and rewash again. I still feel a little sticky in one spot on my head. Underwhelmed 1st experienceFrom the shipping notice that took at least seven days to actually be able to track it, to the fact that the color I received is absolutely nothing like what I expected, to the average quality of the results, I'm underwhelmed - especially for the price.
