Horrible serviceI changed my formulation, spoke through email with a colorist and even submitted pics of what I wanted. They confirmed my colors would be changed. It came as the same color as was previously received. When I complained they offered to refomulate it for next time and wanted me to send pics again and go through the whole process again. Mean while I have a color I paid for, won't use and they wanted me to pay for another new color. No way! Demi-Permanent dried my hair outMy hair became very dry, I followed and pre-read the directions in the box(not rocket science). No response from my "Colorist" . I had to go buy a moisture mask for my hair :0( This is the first Demi that ever dried my hair out which it was drying like a permanent color would be(maybe mix-up) and the color was more brown than red(sad face). I only use Demi on my locks.
