Don’t do red or auburnI wanted a bright vibrant red, which is practically what my hair already was, it turned my roots copper orange, and the rest brassy red. Fake-Looking Color and harsh chemicalsColor didn't come out at all like the color I ordered. It's literally a medium version of clown orange. It was supposed be "dark brown copper". I just want to speak with someone!This particular order was fine. Now, I’m trying to change my hair color & I’m told that I need to place an order first- so, I’m suppose to order & pay for a color that I no longer want, and then have it changed, hoping that the change is what I receive... I do not understand this process at all...
