It’s nice, but...It doesn’t cover my greys. I don’t have much, but this doesn’t cover them. The color also fades relatively quickly. I only wash my hair two or three times a week, I use color safe shampoo and conditioner, and I deep condition twice a week. I also asked for an ash tone to knock down the warmth in my hair, and this didn’t do that. My experience with EsalonAll I wanted was to have a beautiful blonde color hair you know all over color because 2020 was horrible no salons open so I wanted 2021 to be different so I chose esalon after an in depth questioner and saying I had long THICKHAIR I GOT 1 BOTTLE AND ROOT TOUCH UP with 15months of no permanent color I was so excited then to receive a touch up bottle like WTF YOUR COLORIST GETS TO DECIDE HOW MUCH HAIR DYE I WAS SENT WHY I WANTED ALL OVER COLOR SO 2 BOTTLES TO DO ALL OF MY HAIR BUT NO I DIDN'T GET A GREAT EXPERIENCE IT WAS HORRIBLE SO DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST. DID I GET A COLORIST THAT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING OR WHAT SO NOW I'M GOING TO TRY MADISON REED HERE IS HOPING IT IS BETTER THAN THE COMPLETE SHIT SHOW I GOT FROM ESALON MY SCORE FOR ESALON IS NEGATIVE 10 WHY BOTHER WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS WHEN YOU DONT CARE FOR THE ANSWER THANKS FOR NOTHING ...MY BLOGGETS ARE SO GLAD I INFORMED THEM OF MY EXPERIENCES 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Colour not remotely similarOrdered Dark Blonde (cool beige) which was being applied to already coloured hair (golden blonde). The aim was to tone down the existing brassy tone and go a slightly darker blonde. The result was not even remotely blonde, my hair has turned light chestnut brown with a horrible rust tinge (when I expressly stated I didn't want brassy tones). I am not a novice when it comes to home colouring and this is by far the worst colour result I've ever experienced. I am now stuck with this horrible dark rust colour until I can see my hairdresser to correct it and thanks to the pandemic I can't get an appointment before June. Didn’t takeThe last time I used my eSalon it was great and worked perfectly! This time it didn’t take at all. I still have gray roots! There’s actually no place on Customer Support to register a complaint so I decided to put it here!
