Amazing product ridiculous shipping timeWriting this review as recommended with an email yet still not received items. However I have previously purchased from this brand and before the product was great. however I placed my order on the 7/12/23 and it is now 26/12/23 and is still in transit took them about 5-7 days to dispatch very unhappy. Viel zu dunkel. Haare ruiniertIch wolle von mittelblond zu hellbraun. Ich wurde dunkelbraun-schwarz und es wäscht sich als Intensivtönung auch nicht ausreichend raus. Mitarbeiter hat es herzlich wenig interessiert. Nun muss ich es beim Friseur richten, was teuer wird und meine Haare strapaziert. Would like to cancelBack in the summer of this year I talked to someone asking them to cancel my order because I was going to be out of the country and because the product I was receiving wouldn’t cover my white hair completely. The first order was really good, but I tried a couple more times and it just didn’t seem to work the same. I just returned and see that I continued to receive the product, which I would like to return and get my money back. Would you please let me know how do I do that?
