Not what I expectedI like my color but I don't love it like I did with the previous order. I thought more auburn would be a few shades darker but I got a soft brown. Cancelled My SubscriptionEven after speaking with the consultants (I am a trained cosmologist) and telling them exactly what I needed and wanted changed, my color was constantly wrong. Très decevantJe demande marron clair sachant que je suis châtain, aucun changement après coloration . Ma mère a aussi commandé poir une teinte plis claire que la sienne et au final se retrouve presque noire . Sehr schöne Haarfarbe ABER...Zu teuer. Man kann nur den Haaransatz färben. Dafür ist die Haarfarbe einfach zu teuer. SCHADE Ich würde mir eine Haarfarbe für das ganze Haar wünschen. The color pulled too goldI tried adjusting it and I feel like the adjustment made may not even be what I was asking for. I like a color from the look book but I've called and messaged so much, I feel kind of like a bother. They did offer me a free color but if it's not the right color....what will that do? I will say that the quality of the color is good.
