Very disappointedI followed all directions on covering my grey but when I got out of the shower and dried my hair my grey was still there! It wasn’t a good color I asked for a soft black with a violet shade what I got was a dark brownish red color. My grey is still there too. Horrible reviewThe roots color did not color my roots AT ALL ,and my color was soft blue black. Im extremely disappointed, I also did not know that you would be taking money out of my account for the next months installment payment, i would like a full refund and how i go about getting that done. Seem to be having a hard time getting the correct colorI am trying to get an ash color-no orange/gold-seems like that is all I am getting. I am willing to give one more try( have tried 2x) Somewhat frustrated-feel as though not being heard I have a background in hair and feel it should be easier than this to get what I want. Wildly off on the color I was expectingI have dark brown/black hair, I was very clear I wanted root coverage for greys only in my natural shade. This color was way off what I expected when they sent it the first time, it’s practically copper! Annoyingly I have received a second bottle of this stuff without realizing that it’s a subscription service.
