Nope!While the product was easy to use, the color was SO wrong. I have had vibrant red hair, and sent two pictures. Thank goodness I did a strand test. The result was a dull and lifeless reddish blonde, not the vibrant red color that showed in the picture. I am not willing to try new formulas by mail, as I just don't want to be bothered with the hassle of multiple attempts before it's right.
