GO TO MADISON REED INSTEADThis was the 2nd chance I gave to ESALON. The 1st one- wrong color, covered only a few grays & FRIED MY SCALP. They gave me a refund & sent a new kit - which I appreciated however- same experience!! This time it fried my hair!! The only other time this has happened is when I bought some dye from store that only costed $2 so obviously esalons quality is that of a 2 dollar box of dye! Good product but I didn’t want a monthly subscriptionI wanted to try this product but I only wanted a one time purchase. Though it’s a good product and easy to use and I would buy again, I’m planning on going back to my hairdressers and I didn’t want a monthly esalon subscription. Did not cover Greys or lightenThis tone was not remotely a level 6-7. My hair is maybe a level 3 after colouring. It did not cover any of my greys at all. I also got hot roots. My roots seemed to be the only thing that processed and they had more brass than violet. Déçu ne couvre pas les racines2 eme achat, je pensais que lors du 1er j’avais mal appliqué mais sur le 2eme cela fait pareil. Mes cheveux blancs ne sont pas couverts. Je suis très déçue.
