Didnt cover my graySorry, Not sorry.. but I didnt like the color product. I do not want any more shipments. it just didnt do a stand out job. I get same results from Nutrisse. Hair Color Well Matched but Product Didn't Cover Gray; Missing BrushFirst, the box was shipped to me without the brush which is a multi-purpose tool needed to divide the areas and to apply the color. I proceeded anyway, and made a huge mess. On top of that, the color didn't fully cover all the grays, even though I kept the color on for the recommended time (my husband also helped me apply the color ensure coverage). In addition, for some reason the color continued to come out of the bottle even though I wasn't squeezing the bottle, it was just oozing out the entire time I was coloring my hair, and adding the the overall mess. Suffice to say, I think it's much easier if I just go to the salon next time. The missing brush was probably the most annoying part of the experience. Colour does not match my brief. I asked for natural and my colour is fake copperI’m actually embarrassed by the colour of my hair now. It looks awful. It’s Darker and with a cheap looking fake copper colour which is much more pronounced where I have greys. It looks purple on my hair line. I asked for a natural looking auburn colour. Now I have 2 toned hairNot only did it NOT cover the gray, but I didn't get enough hair color in my latest order, which was a lighter color. Now the top looks unnaturally light, and the ends are darker. I'm going to have to start wearing a hat! I feel like this was done to me personally. Didn’t cover allThe color only work on some parts of the top of my head. The rest of my hair didn’t change color at all. I followed the directions buy it just didn’t work. zu wenig FarbeDer Wunsch war eine Nuance heller als bisher - ich bekam jedoch nur eine kleine Menge für eine Ansatzfärbung. Der Support reagiert nicht auf die Nachfrage hierzu.
