Poor customer serviceReally Unimpressed with customer service Ordered hair colour well over a week ago and it didn’t get despatched. Decided to go to hairdresser instead and tried to cancel the order as it says you can by phoning. Phone was not answered so repeatedly emailed and filled out contact form. Those were also not answered so now they have sent the colour very late which I no longer need and I have wasted over £40. allergic to productI used your product, gave me great color and shine. However, my scalp, neck, behind ears and upper back broke out in a ichy red rash. It lasted for 2 months. I emailed you twice before with no reponce from you. My last email asked you to discontinue my shipments. Now I recieved another one. Lieferzeiten unmöglichAbbuchung am 2.4 - bis heute keine Farbe angekommen - dass es mal ne Woche dauert aber dass ist unverschämt zumal Geld auch pünktlich abgebucht wird . Very disappointedI was/am very disappointed with my product, my color wasn’t anywhere near what I wanted. I really didn’t even have the choice to pick what I really wanted, and I’ve never had a hair color make my hair fall out as much as this one did. I’ve used it twice. Poor coverageI gave this another try and I’m so unhappy with how the coverage failed. I colored my roots on Sunday, 4/14 and completely saturated my roots and around my face. I haven’t even walked my hair and the gray is showing. I don’t know what to do. Do I need to switch products?
