Problem with the color containerI’ve never had a problem like this before, the container containing the color was the hardest thing I’ve ever had problem unscrewing. My husband tried it and I tried and it won’t budge. We did everything we can think of but it still wouldn’t open. I had no choice but to cut a hole under the container and dispensed it upside down. I was frustrated! I have photos if you need it. I’ve been a customer for awhile and never encountered this issue. Otherwise, I am very happy with the color, timing of delivery and the service. Beim 1. Färben alles gut, beim 2. Mal KATASTROPHEIch habe Schokobraun bestellt, hatte beim 1. Färben ein wirklich schönes Schokobraun und war zufrieden. Beim zweiten Färben: Absolute KATASTROPHE, sie sind KUPFERROT in der Sonne fast ORANGE, bis zum Schokobraun vom letzten Färben. Was bedeutet ich bin ORANGE-BRAUN gestreift: OBEN ORANGE, so gut 10 cm UNTEN BRAUN, ca. 30-40 cm. So etwas ist mir mit der günstigen Farbe aus der Drogerie noch NIE passiert, ich müsste eigentlich Schadenersatz verlangen, denn nun hab ich ein Abo für diese teure Farbe am Hacken und muss zum Friseur um diese KATASTROPHE zumindest ansatzweise in den Griff zu bekommen. Bad gray CoverageI didn’t like anything about the color kit. First of all, I was told that a colorist would call me to discuss my color. I was excited about this and instead I just got an email saying that it has shipped. Next, I requested a vivid red with cool tones that would cover my gray. Instead, I got a very drab orange-red that did not cover my grays at all. In fact, my roots ended up kind of yellowish. They definitely don’t blend into the color, they stand out like I still have roots, just a different shade. Also, as soon as I started putting the color on. It stung my eyes and made them water. Awful!My introductory color order was amazing. This second order? Horrible. Not only was the color darker but, despite knowing I have thick long hair, sent me one bottle of color. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
