Color Customly TerribleI went through process and sent a picture of my preferred color. What I received wasn’t even close. My hair should’ve been light medium brown with gold but what I got was nearly a black color. It was shockingly awful black. This company had no remedy other than to use clarifying shampoo and let it grow out on it’s own. Hola if you know how it feels to walk around with a shocking hair color you weren’t expecting. Für mich leider nichts :(Mein zweiter Versuch mit eSalon war leider wieder nichts. Mir wurden zwei Farben geschickt, eine für den Ansatz und eine für die Längen - komplett umständlich, so wollte ich das nicht. Und leider auch dieses Mal: Die Grauabdeckung hält kaum an, vielleicht 3-4 Haarwäschen.
