Orange brassy burntThis was the most upsetting experience I've ever had with dye. Looks nothing like the picture I sent. NO grey coverage. No change to current colorI was very excited to try this product, however it was quite disappointing. I sent in multiple pictures and gave a description of exactly what I wanted. Everything seemed right when I received my box as well. I followed the directions completely but unfortunately the color came out almost identical to my current color. There was almost no change at all other than a very faint tint of what I wanted. I was in the hopes of going from a light/medium golden brown to a rich auburn shade and unfortunately did not get that.
