Ruined my hairI am absolutely devestated my hair is almost black at the roots and bright red at the ends !! Roots and ends dont match - my hair is purple and redI decided to try esalon as getting my hair done in the salon became too expensive. I sent photographs of my freshly dyed hair and filled out the questionnaire which was great and I was very excited to receive my colour, I had chosen Dark Brown (red/copper). My colour came there was red/brown/copper in my root mix and only red/copper for my end mix and I did a test strand which came out quite red and I was concerned there was no brown in my colour mix. I messaged the support team to express my concerns about the lack of brown. I was reassured that the colour would be okay and decided to give it a go. The result of the colour is that my roots are an unnatural red/purple and my ends are extremely red and I am very upset that it looks nothing like the swatch for dark brown (copper/red) on the website. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. 1er EssaiJ’ai testé pour la première fois votre marque avec le kit color set. Les produits sont très bien marketés, l’emballage est très soigné mais quand on prend l’option envoi express en supplément je ne suis pas très convaincue sur la rapidité du délais vs une commande classique. Budget très abordable.😉 J’ai les cheveux fins, au carré et pas de cheveux blanc…je souhaitais booster ma couleur avec un pigment auburn. La technique de pose est très facile. Le résultat: la couleur est parfaitement uniforme et la tenue est excellente…par contre, la couleur n’est pas aussi vive qu’attendue et il y a un manque de brillance (malgré ma précision apportée lors de ma commande). Kundenservice eher schlecht, als rechtals ich die erste Bestellung gemacht habe, war mir nicht klar, dass dies ein Abo ist. erst mit der Bestellbestätigung wurde dies ersichtlich. gut, dachte ich, ich versuche es mal. Die Farbe ist ok, aber nicht optimal. Als die 2. Lieferung angekündigt wurde, für gut 30€ incl Versand, war ich etwas geschockt, denn das ist die Farbe nicht wert . Im Kundenkontoist angegeben, dass man telefonisch das Flex Abo deaktivieren kann. es wäre nur schön, wenn man während der angegebenen Servicezeiten jemanden erreichen würde und nicht nur eine Band-Ansage zu hören bekäme, dass das Büro gerade nicht besetzt ist. ich finde es eine Frechheit. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
