Used to be goodThis product used to be good. The quality got worse. The actual color that they sent me changed without me making any adjustments to my order. I requested brighterThis is very dull with a hint of red. I was thinking more Addison Sheperd from Gray's anatomy or a brighter and bold red brown with still warm undertones. YuckWhen I stared with the company we worked on the color. It didn’t take long before we got the color I wanted and the softness and shine It was even better than I thought it would be. After several years passed something changed. My package was the same but not the results. Were different. Now my hair is dry and unmanageable. But my color stays the same. That’s the only reason I stay with the company. Ido not recommend this company to any one. Again my hair is so dry dry I could only keep it in a bun. Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics.
