Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics. Great kit- terrible communication with stylist- not happy with resultsI appreciated all the extras and how well the package is put together. Needed a second bottle though and had to make it stretch. Pathetic color outputI used the color on my hair before such an important event.I washed my hair after color and saw, that My roots were still all white and gave a red color shade just as henna.I was so embarrassed at the event as everyone was laughing on me that what I had done to my hair.And the hair became so rough and entangled.
