Poor grey coverageI was very disappointed with the grey coverage of this permanent color. Color performed more like a semipermanent rather than permanent which I selected to ensure grey coverage. This product covered only about 25% of my grey with the other 75% transparent and clearly visible. Not What I RequestedThis darkest brown color was definitely not what I requested. I had specified that I only wanted a warmer, darker color to cover my grays, but my idea was that I would stay within the same color range of the previous hair dye, which I loved. I just wanted a little more pop to the color. Now, you made the transition from color to gray harder, because I will really look like a skunk when my gray roots come out. The previous color blended better with the grays. For this darkest brown, why would I go through the trouble of getting it mixed in a personalized manner and pay $40? I might have as well gone to the drug store or the supermarket and purchased a bottle of hair dye for much less if I just wanted the darkest brown hue. Farbe total daneben - Pflege gutIch habe erstmals bestellt und bin leider enttäuscht. Meine Ausgangsfarbe war ein gefärbter Kupferton (Naturhaar Mittelblond). Mir wurde u.a. ein Kühler Pearl Mittelblond Kupferton vorgeschlagen, den ich dankend gewählt habe, da ich gerne wieder richtig kühl/blond, aber leicht kupfer gehen wollte. Das Ergebnis war, dass meine Haare leuchtend rot sind, ein recht dunkler Kupfer-Ton. Von Pearl bzw. Kühl keine Spur und entspricht null der vorgeschlagenen Farbe! Damit bin ich leider total unzufrieden. Die Pflege ist super, keine Frage, aber die Farbe entspricht nicht der versprochenen Farbe!
