AwfulI finally got round to using this, I need someone to help me so had to wait until someone was available. It has only covered some of the greys, the ones at my parting are still very much grey. It has not changed the colour on my lengths at all. I ordered a chocolate brown, but my hair has the same reddish brown it had before. My hair feels like straw. Thank you for completely ruining my hair color!Dear eSalon Team, Are you kidding me?! Thank you for completely ruining my hair color! Despite my clear instructions by sharing the shade numbers from my hairstylist and the two pictures I sent, you somehow managed to send me colors that are TWO SHADES DARKER than what I requested. Do you have any idea how infuriating this is?! I've spent MONTHS working with my stylist to get my hair to the perfect shade, and your incompetence has destroyed it in just ONE HOUR. I demand the following: - A FULL REFUND for the incorrect order immediately. - A REPLACEMENT COLOR that matches my original request, so I can try to fix this disaster and get my hair back to its previous shade. Made my hair so dryColour was to light, tried to go back and change my options but it wouldn’t let me. Biggest issue was how dry it made my hair, never had anything like it. Felt like straw while washing out, didn’t like that I could only have the option of purchasing when I wanted, instead was only given the option of continuous purchasing. DOES NOT COVER GRAYSI would NOT RECOMMEND if you have any gray hair at all, I specifically told them I have hard to cover grays when ordering. I colored for the first time yesterday and I’ve gotten better results from a drug store box coloring kit. Sent an email and all they said was sorry we will adjust for next order. Well that doesn’t help me now and the reason for the color was my 50th bday. Guess I won’t be coving my grays for my birthday. Color was great againThe first time there were two bottles of color one for the roots one for the ends. My hair is thick and medium length i had plenty. The second month was only one bottle of color. I have a pretty decent chunk that didn’t get colored properly because i didn’t have enough so that was kind of disappointing. Zu rot geworden.Die Anwendung war einfach, und die Haare fühlen sich nach der Anwendung sehr gepflegt und gesund an. Auch die Farbe ist schön gleichmäßig geworden und wirkt natürlich. Allerdings entspricht der Farbton leider nicht meiner Vorstellung und dem Bild, das ich mitgeschickt hatte. Ich hatte mir einen natürlichen, leuchtenden Kupferton mit orangenen Reflexen gewünscht – ohne Rotstich. Das Ergebnis ist mir zu rot und geht eher in eine Richtung, die mir farblich einfach nicht steht.
