On the fenceI keep going back and forth on whether I'm liking the color or not. The process was very easy and laid out step by step so that was helpful. DécevantImpossible à appliquer seule. Résultat très en-dessous de ce que j'imaginais. J'avais demandé une teinte plus claire. Ça reste toujours aussi foncé. What a waste of time and moneyOrdered a custom color after researching and reading reviews as I wanted my hair two shades lighter. I was super excited when it came in, did a strand test and didn’t notice any difference but figured maybe it was just too small of a piece. Did my entire head, and my hair is darker than it started. And now I can’t lighten it as now it’s been permanently dyed and lightening with color only works on virgin hair. Would have to bleach it now and can’t do that for weeks either. Wrong color formulaI asked to go lighter and it darkened my hair color. I’m ready to call it quits if they can’t get the color right.
